Put 1 cup of juice into a small saucepan and bring it to ALMOST a boil. Do not boil it! Do not simmer it!
Put 1 cup of juice into a bowl and add the grass fed gelatin to the juice in the bowl by sprinkling it over the surface. Let it sit for a few minutes so it can dissolve and solidify and do its jello thing.
Add the gelatin/juice mixture from the bowl to the saucepan. Whisk or stir it to combine it until it is smooth.
Add the raw honey and stir again until combined.
Pour the gelatin mixture into molds or refrigerator safe pan.
Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
Can be stored at room temperature although they are great cold.
Use whatever kind of juice you want. Apple. Pear. Mango. Any juice. You can buy the juice or make your own juice with a juicer.
Use honey or maple syrup if you prefer. Feel free to adjust the amount of honey or maple syrup to taste.
Use a strainer if you cannot get your mixture on the stove completely smooth.
RINSE IMMEDIATELY or wash anything you use to make these gummies or you will regret it since the gummy mixture will harden on your cooking gear. :)
Taste best the day you make them or the day after. You want to keep them from hardening as they sit over time.
Silicon molds work great because you can easily pop the gummies out. They come in all sorts of shapes. Or you can just pour the mixture into a pan and cut it into squares after it sets.
